Is this a real IQ test?
This is a cognitive profile assessment that provides estimated performance scores across five domains. It is not a clinically validated instrument and is not equivalent to a professionally administered clinical assessment. For a clinical IQ assessment, consult a licensed psychologist.
How accurate are the scores?
Scores use transparent, modelled age-banded score-conversion tables. They can help you explore relative strengths across domains, but they are not calibrated from a representative standardization sample. Treat the displayed range and percentile as indicative educational information, not a definitive measurement.
Do I need to create an account to take the test?
No, and you do not need one to see your results either. Start immediately — just enter your age. No signup, no email, no credit card to begin. Unlocking your full report afterwards is a one-time $1.99 payment, with or without an account.
Is the test really free?
Taking the 30-question assessment is completely free. Your results — educational score estimate, indicative percentile, 5-domain breakdown, written analysis, exploration directions and print-ready report — unlock with a one-time $1.99 payment. It is not a subscription, and the price is stated before you start the test.
What does creating an account give me?
An account keeps a result saved to you, so you can sign back in from another device and reopen it. It does not unlock the report — that is the one-time $1.99 payment, which works with or without an account.
What age ranges are supported?
We support ages 6 through 80+. Each age band (6–9, 10–12, 13–15, 16–17, 18–54, 55+) uses a different test variant and modelled score-conversion table. Those tables are not clinical population norms.
How long does the test take?
The adult variant (18+) has 30 questions with a 25-minute timer. Child variants are shorter. Questions are interleaved across the five domains. The timer is server-controlled and cannot be paused or extended.
What happens if I run out of time?
When the timer expires, your session is automatically finalized with the answers you have provided. Unanswered questions are marked as skipped and do not count against your score.
Can I retake the test?
Yes. Each session is scored independently. Note that familiarity with question types can slightly inflate repeat scores — a known limitation of any repeatable assessment.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your responses and scores are stored securely, protected by row-level security policies. Only you (and authorized admins) can access your session data. We do not sell personal data.
What does the $1.99 report include?
Your educational composite score estimate, indicative percentile, the five-domain breakdown and pentagon chart, a written strengths and growth interpretation, up to three tailored exploration directions with concrete next steps, and a print-ready report. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and the report unlocks immediately — with or without an account.
Can I get a refund on the $1.99?
Because the report is delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds once it has been unlocked. If you experience a technical issue accessing it, please contact support.
Is this suitable for children?
We offer child-specific variants for ages 6+. If the user is under 13, a parent or guardian should supervise the session. Results for minors should be interpreted with additional care.
